Starting from the date of March 22, 2020, as a precautionary means to control this virus, which in turn negatively affected the course of the educational process within higher education institutions, and in response to these new data and the resulting results, some educational institutions at all levels sought to search for alternative means that the educational system could rely on on her. In response to these challenges, e-learning has been adopted as a synonym for traditional education, and it can be relied upon as a complement to the usual methods of education. Since this research paper is presented in the field of e-learning in the Libyan state, the main objective is to shed light on the possibility of applying these programs within higher education institutions.
