Graduate Studies Department at Sebha University of announces open the door for new students

According to the Department of Graduate Studies at Sebha University of open the entrance to admission to graduate programs for all scientific sections of the university as follows:

faculty of science
Department of Chemistry - Department of Mathematics - Department of Botany - Department of Zoology - Department of Physics - Computer Department
faculty of arts
Department of Psychology - Department of Sociology - Department of Interpretation - Department of History - Department of English - Department of Arabic Language (Quran Sciences - Literature - Linguistics)
faculty of Agriculture
Department of Soil and Water - Department of Agricultural Economics.
Faculty of Engineering and Technology
Department of Environment - Laboratory Department - Food Industries Department - Civil Engineering Department - Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering
Faculty of Energy and Mining Engineering
Department of Renewable Energies
The application will be in electronic form by entering the registration portal for new students on the following link

https://idpsebhau.edu.ly/onlineapp/index.php/Sign

Registration times:

Will be from 1/6/2019 to 1/7/2019

Registration Terms:

Obtaining the first degree or the equivalent of certificates from a recognized scientific institution.
Not less than a 65% estimate.
Students of higher diploma graduates may be admitted with at least a very good grade
Approval by the employer for the study in full time or in part time.

Required Documents:
Original graduation certificate.
Original Transcript
(2) recommendation Letters.
(8) personal photos 6 * 4 white background.
National ID number and family status.
Copy of passport to non-Libyans.

Health certificate.
Application Form (Application Form) No. (2) by Electronic Registration.

Registration mechanism:
يقوم المتقدم بالتسجيل عبر بوابة القبول الخاصة بالدراسات العليا وطباعة نموذج طلب الالتحاق.
تسليم (2) نسخ من المستندات المطلوبة (اصل + صورة) في ملفات معلقة الى قسم التسجيل والقبول بإدارة الدراسات العليا بالجامعة في موعد اقصاه نهاية دوام يوم الخميس 4/7/2019م.
تفرز الملفات من الناحية الادارية ومطابقة المستندات وتحال الى الكليات ويحدد موعد امتحان القبول.
تحال الملفات الى الاقسام.
يجرى امتحان القبول والمقابلة الشخصية.
بعد اعلان نتيجة التقييم تحال الملفات الى مكتب الدراسات العليا بالكلية.
يتم عملية القبول للمتقدمين حسب البوابة الالكترونية لكل كلية.
تحال اسماء المقبولين الى ادارة الدراسات العليا بالجامعة لغرض اصدار الارقام الدراسية
بعد اصدار الارقام الدراسية للطلاب المقبولين يبدأ الطلاب في تنزيل المواد وبداية الدراسة
