Office Of Inspections And Follow-Up Sebha University

  1. Follow up on the integrity of administrative procedures in the UniversityFollowing up the authenticity of the administrative procedures in the university, identifying areas of shortcomings in them, submitting proposals to handle them and doing what would lead the university to the regularity and good functioning.
  2. Checking and inspecting the systems of the university to ensure the authenticity of the financial and administrative procedures to ensure commitment of a good behavior in the funds of the university, and not to violate the decided customs in accordance with the powerful legislation, and holding financial and administrative irregularities and giving notification about them.
  3. Preparing comprehensive reports about the financial and administrative affairs in the university, and to submit necessary proposals about them.
  4. Following up legislation enacted for the higher education and university education related to its work and standing on what is being taken for them by the executive procedures.
  5. Following up the technical systems in the university about execution of projects, and standing on the extent of their commitment to the terms of implementation and presenting reports about that.
  6. Following up work of formed committees for specific tasks in the university and run to complete the work.
