· 2014 - Present: Director of the Training and Development Centre / Sebha University.
Responsible for overseeing university-wide training strategies, enhancing the competencies of academic and administrative staff, and coordinating various workshops and development sessions.

- Coordinating administrative and technical activities for the RUBILD project at Sabha University.
- Liaising with international partners and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
