departments in setting study schedules and covering joint decisions with faculty members.<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Broadcasting requests for transportation between the Qassam and the transfer of students to and from the college, in coordination with the relevant departments and the college registrar.<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Preparing lists of the names of students who have the right to enter the exams and specifying their seating numbers and the materials that they have the right to take the exam.<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Examination cards are issued to students.<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Organizing study schedules, hall schedules, and periodic and final exams.<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Follow-up of academic matters and supervising periodic and final exams.<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Distribution of observations in periodic and final examinations in coordination with the scientific departments.<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Inform the competent authorities of the results of the exams.<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports on the progress of the educational process and examinations for presentation to the College Council.<span
