]]> The 2026 IEEE 5th International Maghreb Meeting of the conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic control and computer engineering (MI-STA 2026) is an IEEE technically co-sponsored event dedicated to addressing emerging challenges and exploring innovative concepts across all domains of electrical and computer engineering. This event will be held during April 05-07, 2026, in Sebha city, Libya. The MI-STA 2026 is organized and sponsored by the University of Sabha (Sebha, Libya) and the University of Sfax (Sfax, Tunisia). The event is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Libya Sub-Section, IEEE Tunisia Section, IEEE Region 8, the Libya AP/COM Joint Chapter, the Libya CS/SP Joint Chapter, the Libya IES Chapter and Tunisia Section CS Chapter
