Committee Affairs Office Sebha University الواجبات والمسئوليات التالية :

  1. إعداد و صياغة مشروعات اللوائح و القرارات المتعلقة بالجامعة، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة ذات العلاقة.
  2. Providing a legal opinion as requested and to- prepare legal memos about the projects.
  3. -Formulation of (wording) contracts entered into by the university.
  4. -Formulation of projects of conventions the university holds with other bodies.
  5. -Contacting legal departments and offices of other sectors in all legal matters of the university.
  6. -Following up the lawsuits brought by or against the university and preparing necessary legal memos about them.
  7. -Taking investigations assigned to it and presenting the results of that.
  8. -Any other matters assigned to it.

قسم الاستشارات القانونية وبحث الشكاوي ويختص بالاتي:

1 - Provide legal opinion and advice on the topics presented to him.
2 – صياغة المذكرات القانونية التي يرى رئيس الجامعة أو وكيله عرضها عليه
3- Investigation procedures and complaints complaints related to the university.
4 - Participation in committees, meetings and missions that require the presence of legal elements related to the work of the department.
5 - Participating in preparing and reviewing laws and legislations related to the university.
6 - The tasks assigned to him by the office manager.
7 - Preparing periodic and annual reports in the field of the department's work.

قسم متابعة القضايا ويختص بالاتي:

1 - Follow up on issues raised by or from the university and coordinate with case management and its branches in the various regions and entities affiliated with the university in this regard.

2 – إعداد المذكرات القانونية والدفوع اللازمة بشأن القضايا المرفوعة من وعلى الجامعة

3 – حصر القضايا المرفوعة من وعلى الجامعة وتحديد المرحلة التي عليها كل قضية

4 – ما يسند إليه من مهام من مدير المكتب

7 - Preparing periodic and annual reports in the field of the department's work.

قسم العقود والقرارات ويختص بالاتي:

1- Preparing and reviewing the draft contracts to which the university is a party.
2- Keeping and storing documents and records of contracts.
3 – إعداد وصياغة القرارات التي تحال من الرئيس أو الوكيل أو الكاتب العام وتسجيلها وختمها والإشراف على إحالتها
4 – المشاركة في الاجتماعات واللجان والمهامات المتعلقة بعمل القسم
5 – ما يسند إليه من مهام من مدير المكتب.
