Tasks of the Legal Services Office:<\/p>\n

The Legal Services Office at Sebha University performs the following duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Drafting and formulating regulations and decisions related to the university, in coordination with relevant authorities.<\/li>\n
  2. Providing legal opinions on matters submitted to it and preparing legal memoranda accordingly.<\/li>\n
  3. Drafting contracts entered into by the university.<\/li>\n
  4. Drafting projects of agreements concluded by the university with other entities.<\/li>\n
  5. Communicating with legal departments and offices in other sectors on all legal matters concerning the university.<\/li>\n
  6. Monitoring lawsuits filed by or against the university and preparing necessary legal memoranda regarding them.<\/li>\n
  7. Undertaking investigations assigned to it and presenting the results thereof.<\/li>\n
