No. (1022), forwarded to the Secretary-General of the General Popular Committee for Health.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the message from the appointed Secretary-General of the General Popular Committee for Health, Ref. No. 6452\/1428, and with the approval of the General Medical Syndicate, Ref. No. 40\/1998, regarding the practice of medicine in the clinic, and based on the decision of the Secretary-General of the University, Ref. No. 196\/, concerning the regulations for specialized consultancy clinics, and considering the minutes of the meeting of the specialized consultancy clinics held on 28\/3\/1430.<\/h3><ul  class=\"dima-accordion dima-acc-arrow no-acc-border dima-acc-separated\" ><li  class=\"panel dima-accordion-group\" ><div class=\"dima-accordion-header\"><a class=\"dima-accordion-toggle collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"  href=\"#collapse-1\">Article 1<\/a><\/div><div id=\"collapse-1\" class=\"dima-accordion-content collapse\"><div class=\"dima-accordion-inner\">The provisions of the Regulations for Specialized Therapeutic, Consultative, and Educational Clinics, attached hereto in this decision, apply to employees working in the specialized consultative clinics affiliated with Sebha University.<\/div><\/div><\/li><li  class=\"panel dima-accordion-group\" ><div class=\"dima-accordion-header\"><a class=\"dima-accordion-toggle collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"  href=\"#collapse-2\">Article 2<\/a><\/div><div id=\"collapse-2\" class=\"dima-accordion-content collapse\"><div class=\"dima-accordion-inner\">The decision of the Secretary of the Popular Committee at the University, No. 196\/26M, regarding the Regulations for Specialized Consultative Clinics, is revoked, along with any provision that contradicts the provisions of this decision.<\/div><\/div><\/li><li  class=\"panel dima-accordion-group\" ><div class=\"dima-accordion-header\"><a class=\"dima-accordion-toggle collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"  href=\"#collapse-3\">Article 3<\/a><\/div><div id=\"collapse-3\" class=\"dima-accordion-content collapse\"><div class=\"dima-accordion-inner\">The decision issued by the Secretary of the Popular Committee at the university, numbered 196\/26M, concerning the regulations of specialized consultative clinics, is hereby annulled. Furthermore, any provision that contradicts the provisions of this decision is also nullified.<\/div><\/div><\/li><\/ul><h3  class=\"dima-custom-heading\" ><\/p>\n<h3>List of specialized therapeutic, counseling, and educational clinics:<\/h3>\n<p><\/h3><div  class=\"dima-tabs  dima-tab-style columns-5-tab\" ><ul class=\"dima-tab-nav top\"><li  class=\"tab active\" ><a href=\"#tab-1\" data-toggle=\"tab\">Article 1<\/a><\/li><li  class=\"tab\" ><a href=\"#tab-2\" data-toggle=\"tab\">Article 2<\/a><\/li><li  class=\"tab\" ><a href=\"#tab-3\" data-toggle=\"tab\">Article 3<\/a><\/li><li  class=\"tab\" ><a href=\"#tab-4\" data-toggle=\"tab\">Article 4<\/a><\/li><li  class=\"tab\" ><a href=\"#tab-5\" data-toggle=\"tab\">Article 5<\/a><\/li><\/ul><div  class=\"dima-tab-content\" ><div id=\"tab-1\" class=\"tab-pane fade in clearfix dima-tab_content fade in active\" >An educational consultative therapeutic clinic group shall be established, administratively and financially affiliated with Sebha University.<\/div><div id=\"tab-2\" class=\"tab-pane fade in clearfix dima-tab_content\" >The consultative clinics specialize in providing services in the following fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pediatrics.<\/li>\n<li>Internal Medicine.<\/li>\n<li>Obstetrics and Gynecology.<\/li>\n<li>Surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Dermatology.<\/li>\n<li>Psychiatry and Neurology.<\/li>\n<li>Otolaryngology (ENT).<\/li>\n<li>Dentistry.<\/li>\n<li>Medical laboratory analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is also permissible to add any other specialties if the necessary resources are available, based on a proposal from the clinic director.<\/div><div id=\"tab-3\" class=\"tab-pane fade in clearfix dima-tab_content\" >A supervisory committee is formed by the following members:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The University&#8217;s Deputy of Scientific Affairs.<\/li>\n<li>The University&#8217;s Deputy of Administrative and Financial Affairs.<\/li>\n<li>The Deputy of Scientific Affairs at the Faculty of Medicine.<\/li>\n<li>The Financial Controller of the University.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The aforementioned supervisory committee is specialized in the following tasks:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Formulating the general policy of the clinics.<\/li>\n<li>Proposing solutions to obstacles that hinder the progress of work.<\/li>\n<li>Working on the development of the clinics.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/div><div id=\"tab-4\" class=\"tab-pane fade in clearfix dima-tab_content\" >Specialized therapeutic, counseling, and educational clinics are managed by an administrative and financial director, who is appointed by the university president based on a recommendation from the supervisory committee. The director should be either a physician or have relevant expertise in the field.<\/div><div id=\"tab-5\" class=\"tab-pane fade in clearfix dima-tab_content\" ><\/p>\n<h3>The administrative structure of the specialized counseling clinics consists of:<\/h3>\n<h3>Firstly, the General Director of the Clinics, who is responsible for:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Representing the clinics in negotiations and agreements with relevant authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the daily operations of the clinics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Secondly, the Office of Administrative and Financial Affairs, which includes:<\/h3>\n<p>A. Public Relations Unit. B. Records and Printing Unit. C. Information Unit.<\/p>\n<h3>Their responsibilities include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling administrative affairs and maintaining records, including incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing necessary documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Managing printing tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing procedures related to public relations activities of the clinics.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and organizing the movement of private vehicles used by the clinics and handling all related procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising and monitoring the security of the clinics.<\/li>\n<li>Regulating the entry of visitors to the clinics and taking necessary measures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring security and order within the clinics and reporting any violations or issues to the appropriate authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The Office of Financial Affairs, along with:<\/h3>\n<p>A. Financial Affairs Department. B. Accounts Unit. C.
