Sebha University is pleased to announce a call for applications for staff mobility for training under the Erasmus+ programme, based on the inter-institutional agreement with the University of Granada (Spain) for the period 2022–2025.

🗓 Mobility Activity
Title: Intercultural Insights Week 2025: Connecting Cultures in the Academic Environment

Type: Staff Training Week (Blended Intensive Programme – BIP)

Location: University of Granada, Spain

Dates: On-site training from 7–11 July 2025, with two online sessions in mid-June 2025

👤 Eligibility
Full-time academic or administrative staff of Sebha University.

Proficiency in English is recommended to actively participate in the program.

Demonstrated interest in international collaboration, intercultural communication, or higher education development.

🧾 Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following:

A scanned copy of their passport

A motivation letter explaining their interest in the program (max 1 page)

An updated CV

A proof of employment or nomination letter from the relevant department

Professional relevance of the applicant’s background to the training theme

Motivation and potential to benefit from the experience

Commitment to share acquired knowledge within the university

Gender balance and equal opportunity principles will be applied

All applications must be submitted via email to the International Cooperation Office at [Insert your office email address] no later than [Insert deadline, e.g., 10 June 2025].

After the deadline, the selection will be carried out by a university committee. The results, including the name of the selected nominee and a reserve list, will be documented in official minutes and submitted to the University of Granada.

📌 Notes
All mobilities must be completed before 31 July 2025.

Travel, accommodation, and daily expenses will be covered according to Erasmus+ funding rules.
