This agreement between Sebha University and Fizzan University, signed on August 14, 2023 for a duration of 5 years with automatic renewal, involves cooperation in the following areas:

1. Collaboration at the postgraduate level.
2. Exchange of theses, dissertations, publications, journals, and scientific periodicals.
3. Exchange of faculty members and specialists in study programs, as well as the possibility for both universities to benefit from visiting professors.
4. Joint supervision of master’s and doctoral theses for students from both universities in accordance with the regulations and rules of postgraduate studies
