This agreement aims to:

• Document areas of mutual cooperation in educational, cultural, and artistic programs.
• Develop future programs between the Faculty of Science, Sebha University, and the Central Blood Bank of Sebha.
• Participate in organizing seminars, conferences, educational workshops, and service-oriented activities related to any developments affecting public health to serve the community as a whole.
