Directors of international projects at Sebha University hold their first meeting for the year 2023 AD
At the invitation of A. Mohamed Ahmed Mahrez: Director of the University’s International Cooperation Office, In the presence of Dr. Masoud Al-Raqiq: University’s president, And the acting Undersecretary for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Musa May, The directors of international projects held their first meeting of the year on Wednesday morning, July 26, 2023, at the University President’s Office in the General Administration.
In general, this meeting aims to follow up on the progress of international projects in which Sebha University participates within the package of projects funded by the European Union (Erasmus) and projects funded by the German DADD Foundation.
In their meeting with the University President, the project managers discussed a number of important topics related to these projects, the most important of which are:
(1) – Completed stages of projects.
(2) – The difficulties and obstacles facing these projects.
(3) – The remaining stages of the projects.
Perhaps one of the most prominent projects funded by the European Union in which the university participated, At this meeting, it was discussed in the order in which it was presented: The following projects:
(1) – Libya Go Dogital project
To support and develop e-learning and digital transformation of Libyan universities, funded by the German Foundation (DADD).
(2) – Innovation project (IBTIKAR) to support and develop research centers in Libyan universities, project director Dr. Jamal Abu Bakr Wahida, funded by the European Union (Erasmus) project package.
(3) – Libya UP project to support graduation projects, and innovative ideas, and converting them into economic projects, project manager : Dr.. Mansour Al-Saghir. Funded by the European Union (Erasmus) project package
(4) – NATAE project to support and develop organic agriculture in the Mediterranean countries, Project Manager, Dr. Abdel Salam Al-Kartawi, funded by the European Union (Erasmus) project package.
(5) – SAHA project to develop a master’s degree in health care unit management, and building a health database, project manager : Dr.. Abdul Salam Al-Hajj, Funded by the European Union (Erasmus) project package
It should be noted here that the University President stressed in this meeting the necessity of documenting all correspondence and passing it through the university’s official channels, which are: International Cooperation Office, The presidency of the university, And work seriously to make the aforementioned projects successful
