  1. Preparation and organization of international agreements with universities, academic institutions, and supportive entities of higher education institutions.<\/li>\n
  2. Monitoring signed agreements and memoranda of understanding with the university to ensure their utilization and activation of all their provisions.<\/li>\n
  3. Establishing new partnerships and agreements that serve the university’s strategic plan.<\/li>\n
