Sebha University is pleased to announce a call for applications for staff mobility for training under the Erasmus+ program, based on the inter-institutional agreement with the University of Granada (Spain) for the period 2022-2025.<\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\uddd3 Mobility ActivityTitle: Intercultural Insights Week 2025: Connecting Cultures in the Academic Environment <\/p>\n\n

Type: Staff Training Week (Blended Intensive Program – BIP) <\/p>\n\n

Location: University of Granada, Spain <\/p>\n\n

Dates: On-site training from July 7-11, 2025, with two online sessions in mid-June 2025 <\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udc64 EligibilityFull-time academic or administrative staff of Sebha University.<\/p>\n\n

Proficiency in English is recommended to actively participate in the program.<\/p>\n\n

Demonstrated interest in international collaboration, intercultural communication, or higher education development.<\/p>\n\n

\ud83e\uddfe Required DocumentsApplicants must submit the following:<\/p>\n\n

A scanned copy of their passport<\/p>\n\n

A motivation letter explaining their interest in the program (max 1 page)<\/p>\n\n

An updated CV<\/p>\n\n

A proof of employment or nomination letter from the relevant department<\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udccdSelection CriteriaProfessional relevance of the applicant’s background to the training theme<\/p>\n\n

Motivation and potential to benefit from the experience<\/p>\n\n

Commitment to share acquired knowledge within the university<\/p>\n\n

Gender balance and equal opportunity principles will be applied<\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udce5 Application ProcedureAll applications must be submitted via email to the International Cooperation Office at [Insert your office email address] no later than [Insert deadline, e.g., 10 June 2025].<\/p>\n\n

After the deadline, the selection will be carried out by a university committee. The results, including the name of the selected nominee and a reserve list, will be documented in official minutes and submitted to the University of Granada. <\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udccc NotesAll mobilities must be completed before July 31, 2025.<\/p>\n\n

Travel, accommodation, and daily expenses will be covered according to Erasmus+ funding rules.<\/p>\n\n
