The project aims to establish a strategic foundation for digital transformation across Libyan universities through an international partnership<strong> led by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)<\/strong>, with the participation of European universities such as University of Cologne from Germany and the Tunisian Virtual University, and Libyan universities, such as University of Benghazi, the University of Sirte, University of Tripoli, Zawiya University , and the Higher Institute of Science and Technology &#8211; Sabratha,<strong> including Sebha University as an institutional partner<\/strong>.
