After analyzing the data using statistical methods, including the Pearson correlation coefficient and the test (T), and the descriptive approach. The study reached the following main results:

There is a negative correlation between the perception of body image and the pattern of the center of control in the single category as a whole.

There are statistically significant differences between the single women in the pattern of the center of the internal control and the pattern of the center of the external control in favor of women with the pattern of the center of the external control.

- The absence of differences between those with the center of the external control pattern and those with the pattern of the center of the internal control in perceiving the image of the body (positive).
2021-01-05T00:00:00-06:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Transfiguration in the poetry of Ahmed Shawky through the poem Abi El Houl 2021-01-05T06:14:25-06:00 Mohammed Ali Sulaman Dhaykeel
Intertextuality is a modern term of monetary terms, which belongs to post-structuralism, and it studies the relationships of textual interference between a specific text and other texts, and textual interpolation relationships include citation, inclusion, reference. These interstitial relationships arise through the calling and transfer mechanisms. Intertextuality is a cognitive form that has its methods and mechanisms, and is intended to break down texts, study its reference and its interaction with other texts, and is therefore a term that studies textual interaction and dialogue between texts .in the poetry of Ahmed Shawky through the poem of the Sphinx, as I noticed through my reading of this poem that it is crowded with In this research, I discussed, with God’s power and strength, attunement reclineing on previous texts and filled with summons of history and personalities, until it seemed to me that the texts are calling, and that the summons call for a summons; This led me to study studies on the ground. In the introduction to this paper - before studying the places of intertextuality in the poem of the Sphinx - I examined the meaning of intertextuality in the Arabic language, the concept of intertextuality in the terminology, so that I put the reader in the form of the meaning of intertextuality in the language, and the concept of intertextuality in the terminology, before introducing it to the areas of intertextuality in The poem.
2021-01-05T00:00:00-06:00 Copyright (c) 2021 The legal nature of criminal liability for the possible outcome In Libyan law, Comparative study 2021-01-05T06:20:53-06:00 Yousef saleh Albaghdadi
This research discusses the legal implications upon the perpetrators of incompletely-shared crimes, where a perpetrator does not commit the crime as agreed with the partner, or he/she committed it in addition to another crime that is likely to be committed under the normal course of things by participating in the discussion that took place on the partner’s responsibility for the crime s/he commit with his/her partner. Unlike the crime that a partner planned to contribute in committing it, the legislator decided to hold that partner accountable for the second crime too, because justice requires that he/she does not escape the punishment on the pretext that s/he did not intend to commit the possible outcome of her/his act. But other views of justice argue: the perpetrator is only made accountable for what s/he committed or intended to participate in committing it. This issue necessitated researching to explore differences in determining this responsibility as prescribed in the Libyan and Egyptian laws. The aim is to understand the legislator’s intentions in determining the legal framework of responsibilities in shared crimes and to establish its legal stand in-line with Article (103.ق. ع. ل).
2020-06-30T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2021 semantic practices in the book of Thimar AL kuloub 2021-01-07T04:35:23-06:00 Abdalslam M. For the scientific answer to the question posed, this study traced the elements of this topic in terms of the benefits and importance of the Noble Qur’an in developing perceptions and the ability to comprehend and comprehend, and what was done in this field in terms of scientific studies and theories, then it stood at the models and areas of memorizing the Holy Qur’an, after that these arrived The study aims to identify some cultural and social obstacles, some personal and health obstacles, and the most important factors that limit the effectiveness of memorizing the Qur’an for children in society and their lack of academic achievement, and what solutions can be developed for this problem. Based on the inductive analytical approach followed in this study, it has concluded that memorizing the Holy Qur’an was - and still is - an effective element in raising the academic achievement of children in Libyan society, and it has many positive benefits and effects that are narrow at the family level and broad at the national level. As for the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of memorizing the Qur’an for children, they can be solved by starting from narrow to broad solutions, that is, solving the obstacles that are specific to children, and then the obstacles related to the family, then the school, then society, this, and we hope that this study will be followed by other field studies of the importance of memorization The Noble Qur’an in increasing the educational achievement of children in a narrow and specific context: the family, for example. And then determine the problems related to that framework.
2020-06-30T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Moral Philosophical Thought from Greece and Islam 2021-01-10T03:53:22-06:00 Mousa Alsanousi Almahdi Abdarrazzaq
Morality represents value and a cornerstone in the topic of values, as it occupies the supreme rank, for man is unique from others with mental contemplation, so he is able to retire his reality and start looking at it, and transcending it, in light of a higher ideal that he owes loyalty to. The aim of this study (Moral Philosophical Thought from Greece and Islam) is to consider a number of problems presented to us by the study, through which we seek to direct human behavior towards the moral act, and we draw attention to it to distinguish between the moral act from other human actions. We also highlight ethics of knowledge about whether it is acquired or innate from the point of view of Greek and Islamic philosophy. Moreover, which is more useful in organizing and correcting human behavior. What is the vision of Islam in that? And in view of the great role that it plays in evaluating human life, and because of the importance and role of ethics in the human personality because of related elements such as thought, emotion, instinct and will and its role in organizing and controlling these elements, we see it necessary to study the concept of ethics to know its implications and meanings, as well as for consideration and search for the reasons for the difference starting from the concept and motives, and knowing which one of them is more elevating the human life to make it the guide in the right path of life. To reach these goals, we need an approach that guarantees access to those results. The nature of the topic here imposes on us the adoption of two basic approaches, which are the analytical approach and the comparative approach, along with other approaches such as historical and others according to what the nature of the topic dictates to us. Then the study was concluded with a conclusion, through which we affirm that the nature of moral and mental morals is the same in its motives and goals as it seeks to consider the nature of the human person with all impartiality and respect to provide the conditions for his/her happiness, even if the approaches differ. God Almighty before the religious approach (the Holy Qur’an) is deposited in a person, In him/her the mind was deposited the container that is tight and aware of this, as we note in a large number of verses of the Holy Qur'an that address the mind. For example, do you not understand, do you not see .. and my success is only in God, the Mighty and the Wise.
2020-06-30T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Al-Kharoubi's Efforts in Interpretation 2021-01-10T04:11:17-06:00 Abdullah Amhimmid Ali Juma
This study aims at shedding light on the efforts of Imam Muhammad bin Ali Al-Kharoubi, one of the leading figures in Libya in the field of interpretation. It is also considered as a factor that links distinct cultures and a way of expressing thoughts and feelings; accordingly, translation is one of the principal, ultimate and appropriate ways in transferring culture. Translation, including the transposition of thoughts expressed in one language by a specific social community into the adequate expression of another social community. As cultures are increasingly brought into greater contact with one another, multicultural concessions and considerations are taken to an increasing degree and as a result, the process of cultural translation takes place. As a result, our broad discussion topic in language is not the relationship between translation and culture since there is an close relationship between translation and culture. What interests us in the present paper is not accomplishing only a particular defined ideal equivalence relation between translation and culture, but, among other things, how do some precise changes influence us when we are trying to comprehend a text before finally translating it? We are not just dealing with words in a written form in a specific period of time, situation and place; most significantly it is the "cultural" aspect of the source text that we must take into account. The process of transfer across cultures, should; consequently, communicate the aspect with regard to the target culture to ensure consistency in the eyes of the target reader.
2020-06-30T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2021 The role of intertextuality in producing meaning according to Ibn Al-Roumi (Text Dialogue) 2021-02-10T04:54:13-06:00 Marwa Masoud Abdu Allah Masoud & Saleh Abdulslam Alboghdadi
Studying the issue of intertextuality in Ibn al-Rumi's poetry, and tracing its parts and sources that mean the existence of a trace of previous texts are attempts to find out the parts, sources, and mechanisms on which the principle of intertextuality is based. This is what this study deals with. It is by focusing on one of the mechanisms of intertextuality. It can be defined as a dialogue and how it operates as a law imposing its authority On the texts of Ibn Rumi. The poet, that is the writer, loads his language with the weight of feelings, emotions, and metaphors, which are generated from the womb of the poetic moment, without any restrictions or controls. This does not mean that it originates from a vacuum, but rather as a result of being affected by the gathering of manuscripts surrounding the present text, to produce an innovative new text as a result. Here, the dialogue law is realized, to be an external dialogue with manuscripts surrounding the present text, or to be a self-dialogue with the texts of the poet himself through his return to his previous texts. Thus, he follows, in both dialogues (external and subjective), the path of opposition or analogy. According to his creative capabilities in dealing with the components of language, and the areas of contextual expression, it provides for the form of a complex sentence, And according to the artistic image that covers that expression in an artistic dress.
2020-06-30T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2021
