Annulment Proceedings: A Comparison Between Administrative Judiciary and the Court of Grievances – Sharia and Libyan Positive Law

Abstract

This study dealt with one of the topics of the administrative judiciary, which is the annulment lawsuit. This lawsuit was dealt with by presenting it between two independent judicial systems, namely the libyan administrative judiciary and the jurisdiction of grievances in islamic law. In this study, both the descriptive, analytical and comparative approaches were used. The study concluded with several results that were summarized in two focused points at the end of the study.
