1. The data to be entered are:

- University email (University only, It should be written correctly. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the data has been sent. If a message is not delivered via e-mail, it must be verified that the e-mail is valid and re-send the data again)
- Matric Number (According to the new perception. You can refer to the department coordinator or office manager)
- reference number (Available on form No. 2 for registration in the system. You can contact the office manager at the college)
- The title of the proposal is in Arabic
- The title of the proposal is in English (You should contact the supervisor to get the correct translation)
- The name of the first supervisor
- The name of the second supervisor, if any
- The decision number to approve the proposal You can refer to the department coordinator or office manager)
- Date of the decision (You can refer to the department coordinator or office manager)
- Summary of the research proposal (Just as it was approved)
2. Must Entering the data correctly and making sure of it well before sending it, and any error in the data borne by the student himself.
