  2. Chairing meetings of heads of quality departments in colleges, departments and centers at the university.
  3. Update the vision, mission and goals of the office and approve them from the University Council.
  4. Preparing the organizational structure and job descriptions for the office and adopting it from the university council.
  5. Setting a work plan for the office for the academic year 2019/2020 and adopting it from the University Council.
  6. Organizing workshops, seminars and lectures for university employees to spread the culture of quality.
  7. Holding training courses for university employees.
  8. Announcing the prizes of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office at the University.
  9. Preparing quality guides, forms and questionnaires within the university.
  10. Participation in local and foreign forums and workshops related to quality assurance in higher education institutions.
  11. Forming faculties internal audit committees.
  12. Contribute with colleges and departments in developing plans to apply for institutional, programmatic and administrative accreditation from local and international agencies
  13. Pilot visits to colleges, centers and departments.
  14. Refer the documents of the colleges ready to apply for the institutional accreditation of the National Center for Quality Assurance.
  15. Update and prepare quality questionnaires and forms.
