This office handles all administrative and financial tasks according to current laws and regulations. The administration performs its duties through the following offices:
Administrative Affairs Office, responsible for:

Managing all employee matters including staffing, recruitment, promotions, secondments, transfers, contracts, and related tasks according to current legislation.

Opening and maintaining staff personal files securely, preserving confidentiality, and regulating access among authorised personnel.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, organising its documentation, distribution, and record-keeping.

Managing printing, copying, scanning, and courier services.

Identifying office supply and equipment needs, coordinating with relevant departments, and managing procurement.

Preparing periodic and annual activity reports for the office and Centre.

Arranging Centre meetings.

Performing all administrative and clerical duties required by the Centre under the supervision of the Centre Director.
