Administrative and Financial Affairs Office

This office handles all administrative and financial tasks according to current laws and regulations. The administration performs its duties through the following offices:

Administrative Affairs Office, responsible for:

  • Managing all employee matters including staffing, recruitment, promotions, secondments, transfers, contracts, and related tasks according to current legislation.

  • Opening and maintaining staff personal files securely, preserving confidentiality, and regulating access among authorised personnel.

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, organising its documentation, distribution, and record-keeping.

  • Managing printing, copying, scanning, and courier services.

  • Identifying office supply and equipment needs, coordinating with relevant departments, and managing procurement.

  • Preparing periodic and annual activity reports for the office and Centre.

  • Arranging Centre meetings.

  • Performing all administrative and clerical duties required by the Centre under the supervision of the Centre Director.
