Agreement between Sebha University and the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research

The two parties have agreed to:

1. Strengthen and enhance cooperation based on equality and mutual benefits according to the available resources.
2. Students nominated by the first party for Master’s or Ph.D. studies are exempted from entrance exams, and all facilities are provided to them within the capabilities and capacities of the second party. Students from the second party have the right to use the labs and facilities of the scientific and research centers affiliated with the first party for the purpose of conducting experiments and tests to fulfill the requirements for obtaining the Master’s degree and Ph.D. The first party determines the number of students according to the available resources.
