هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على الدور التي تقوم به الشفافية الإدارية في الحد من الفساد الإداري بالمؤسسات العامة الليبية من وجهة نظر موظفي الهيئة الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد بالمنطقة الجنوبية، وأيضا محاولة معرفة هل توجد بها مقوّمات الشفافية الادارية، وكذلك التعرّف على آثار الفساد الإداري على المؤسسات العامة بالمنطقة الجنوبية. وتم تجميع البيانات الخاصة بالدراسة من خلال استمارة الاستبيان، حيث شملت على (50) مفرده، وقد تم استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات إحصائياً. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشفافية الإدارية بالمؤسسات العامة الليبية منخفضة، مما قد يساعد وبشكل كبيرة على الفساد الاداري، وتوصلت أيضا إلى ضرورة العمل بالشفافية الادارية للحد من الفساد الاداري. وعليه اوصلت الدراسة بأن على المؤسسات العامة الليبية العمل على تحسين الشفافية الإدارية فيها من خلال الحرص على توفير المعلومات الكافية لجميع الاطراف ذات العلاقة، والعمل على وضع أنظمة وقوانين قوية بحيث تكون رادعة لمن يخالفها، وكما اوصلت أيضا على وضع معايير واضحة ومعروفة للجميع؛ لتسهيل عملية المساءلة، وتسهيل اجراءات العمل وجعلها أكثر وضوحاً.
