بحث علمي لأستاذ بجامعة سبها يقترح إطارًا رياضيًا لتحسين تنافسية الجامعات في التصنيفات الدولية
نُشر حديثًا في عام 2026 بحث علمي للاستاذ الدكتورعبدالهادي البصير، عضو هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم – قسم الأحياء الدقيقة بجامعة سبها، بعنوان:
Strategic research concentration: a mathematical framework for mitigating structural dilution in emerging comprehensive universities
هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير إطار رياضي واستراتيجي يساعد الجامعات الشاملة والناشئة على تحسين أدائها في التصنيفات الدولية، من خلال معالجة تأثير اختلاف طبيعة التخصصات الأكاديمية في مؤشرات الأداء البحثي، وخاصة مؤشر الاستشهادات لكل عضو هيئة تدريس.
وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق واضحة في معدلات الاستشهاد بين تخصصات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات من جهة، والعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية من جهة أخرى. كما بينت النمذجة الرياضية أن إعادة توزيع استراتيجي لنحو 30% من أعضاء هيئة التدريس يمكن أن تسهم في رفع مؤشر الاستشهادات المؤسسي وتحسين الأداء في التصنيفات العالمية.
واقترحت الدراسة نموذج الأقمار الصناعية الافتراضية ونظام التقارير المزدوجة كآلية لتحسين الأداء البحثي مع الحفاظ على الاستقلال الأكاديمي للتخصصات الإنسانية والاجتماعية، مشيرةً إلى أهمية هذا النهج للجامعات محدودة الموارد، مع التأكيد على ضرورة اختبار النموذج وتكييفه وفق خصوصية كل مؤسسة.

Research by Sebha University Professor Proposes Framework to Improve Global Ranking Performance
A scientific paper by Prof. Abdulhadi Albasir, Professor of Microbiology at the Faculty of Science, University of Sebha, was published in 2026 under the title:
“Strategic research concentration: a mathematical framework for mitigating structural dilution in emerging comprehensive universities.”
The study proposes a mathematical and strategic framework to help emerging comprehensive universities improve their performance in global rankings, particularly the Citations per Faculty (CpF) indicator.
The findings indicate that strategic reallocation of approximately 30% of faculty members could improve institutional citation performance. The study also introduces a Virtual Satellite Model and Dual Reporting mechanism to enhance research performance while protecting the academic independence of Humanities and Social Sciences disciplines. The proposed framework is particularly relevant to resource-constrained universities, including institutions in developing countries.
