About the University

The Computer Services Centre at the University of Sebha was founded in 2001 with a team of professors and engineers specialised in information technology, equipped with high-quality resources to provide and promote information technology across the university and to cater to all the university’s various computer service requirements

Center Departments

Department of Financial Affairs and Procurement

This department is responsible for specific functions in accordance with the Centre’s internal regulations, including:
• Collecting revenues and fees related to the Centre.
• Carrying out various disbursement activities within the limits set by relevant regulations and directives.
• Preparing periodic follow-up reports on the department’s activities.

Networks and Maintenance Department

The Networking Division is responsible for the design, maintenance, and enhancement of network infrastructure across the University’s faculties and administrative departments. Its core objective is to improve the efficiency and reliability of network services, ensuring comprehensive and equitable access for all students, administrative staff, and academic members of the University community.

University Website Department

The university’s website was initially developed in 2002, positioning it as one of the pioneering platforms among Libyan universities. Since its inception, the website has undergone multiple iterations of enhancement, each tailored to optimise functionality and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to the university community
