مشروع يونغوف – UniGov Project

The UNIGOV – Modernizing University Governance and Management in Libya project was one of the European Union’s most important projects in the field of higher education reform in Libya during the period 2012–2015–2016. It was led by the University of Alicante in Spain, in partnership with European and Libyan universities, including Sebha University as a local coordinator. The project focused on developing university governance and management, building the capacities of academic and administrative leaders, and produced a national benchmark study on the challenges facing Libyan higher education. This study contributed to setting priorities for institutional reform and guiding many subsequent development projects in the Libyan higher education sector.

 

يُعد مشروع UNIGOV – Modernising University Governance and Management in Libya أحد أهم مشاريع الاتحاد الأوروبي في مجال إصلاح التعليم العالي الليبي خلال الفترة (2012–2015-2016). قادته جامعة أليكانتي الإسبانية بالشراكة مع جامعات أوروبية وليبية، من بينها جامعة سبها كمنسق محلي. ركز المشروع على تطوير الحوكمة والإدارة الجامعية وبناء قدرات القيادات الأكاديمية والإدارية، وأنتج دراسة وطنية مرجعية حول تحديات التعليم العالي الليبي، ساهمت في رسم أولويات الإصلاح المؤسسي وتوجيه العديد من مشاريع التطوير اللاحقة في قطاع التعليم العالي بليبيا.
