WHEEL Project

The WHEEL Project is a package of specialized programs aimed at the development of higher education institutions in Libya, by connecting 10 Libyan universities through a network for exchanging information and statistics among them. Additionally, this project includes the establishment of an online platform for discussing the problems and challenges facing the development of higher education institutions in Libya.
