Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the role of social responsibility of the Libyana mobile phone company in Libya to limit the effects of the Corona virus pandemic from the point of view of administrators and employees who are working in this company. The descriptive analytical approach was used and a questionnaire has been used as a main tool for data collection. A sample was selected randomly and the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) used to enter and process the data, moreover, to test the hypotheses of the study stemming from the main hypothesis, which is There is no statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of social responsibility and limiting the effects of the Corona pandemic from the viewpoint of the employees and administrators working in the company. The study found that There is a positive relationship between applying of the social responsibility dimensions and the limiting of the effects of the Corona virus pandemic. The company's social responsibility was also practiced to a high degree, as for the order of the dimensions of social responsibility, they were respectively as follows: (social responsibility towards customers, society and environment).
