Abstract
The issue of organizational citizenship behavior is receiving great attention by service and production organizations despite the difference in their objectives, activities and operations due to the rapid changes and developments in the business environment, and the problem of the study was the answer to the following question: Is there a role for organizational citizenship behavior represented in its dimensions (organizational commitment, Organizational loyalty, organizational culture, administrative leadership, volunteerism) in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic on the quality of banking services in the General Administration of the Central Bank of Libya, Benghazi Branch? The study aimed to identify the role of organizational citizenship behavior in improving the quality of banking services. The study population consisted of all employees of the General Administration of the Central Bank of Libya, Benghazi Branch, who numbered (50), and the study sample consisted of (44) individuals, and the questionnaire was relied on to collect data and weights were given For each paragraph listed according to the five-point Likert scale, the data were analyzed using the spss program in order to reach an appropriate judgment on the response of the study sample to the paragraphs of the questionnaire and to know its trends. Banking services by paying attention to the organizational dimensions of citizenship in the central bank.
