The educational process at Ubari facility of Education, past, present and future, Mathematics Department as a case study.
Abstract
The study aims to shed light on the activities of the educational process at Ubari Faculty of Education by following up and describing the performance and outputs of the Mathematics Department over 26 twenty-six successive academic semesters (beginning in the spring of 2008 and ending in the fall of 20-2021), as a case study that embodies and summarizes general indicators from them. About the educational client of the Faculty. The study adopted five items as basic indicators closely related to the educational process in all departments. The following is a statement of the items and a summary of the results of each of them during the period; First: The human force, was female with distinction, the number of students is in a noticeable decrease, while the number of lecturers is increasing. Second: Academic performance, the cumulative average at the end of the term was 57.43%, with an acceptable grade. Third: The survival rate, the time students stayed in study exceeded the established standard period. Fourth: The time base: The actual time frame of the educational process is less than the standard set limit. Fifthly and finally: Predicting future trends: the number of lecturers is increasing, the number of students is decreasing, and the cumulative average is trying to rise, but slowly.
