Abstract
The study dealt with the role of strategic vigilance in achieving strategic success within a comprehensive framework to build an intellectual and field framework to determine the relationship between strategic vigilance and strategic success, and then identify the problem of study in the following question: Is there a role for strategic vigilance in achieving strategic success of the company? The study aimed to identify the role that can play strategic vigilance in achieving strategic success; Distributed a number of (25) questionnaires included the company's administrative leaderships in the city of Sabha, retrieved (24) questionnaires were analyzable; The study found the existence of direct relations Between strategic vigilance and strategic success, and the most important recommendations were the need to work on the creation of committees or a team of strategic vigilance of the company to be equipped with all the material and human resources necessary for the work to achieve the goals, which it was established by providing a large amount of strategic information Yeh of importance for the company.
