The role of the commitment approach Six Sigma to achieve job satisfaction for workers
Abstract
The study represented a problem in the search for answers to the following questions: What is the role of the commitment approach Six Sigma (Six Sigma) to achieve job satisfaction for employees? Thus the goal of research is to provide intellectual landmarks on the subject of research and its variables (approach Six Sigma and achieve job satisfaction) in order to develop solutions for the research question, and to achieve the objectives of the study researcher followed the descriptive analytical method and represented questionnaire main tool to gain access to the results and sample study, which then selected randomize (36) Single of the study population and of workers at the Faculty of Economics and Accounting Murzuq, the study found the results of the group was the most important, and no statistically significant correlation between the obligation to approach six Sigma (six Sigma) and achieve job satisfaction for employees
