نبدة عن مكتب الشؤون الإدارية والمالية


ويتبعها الأقسام التالية:-

اولا: قسم الشؤون الإدارية بالمركز ويتولى الاختصاصات الآتية:-

 

1. حصر احتياجات المركز من القوى العاملة من موظفين وعاملين وإخطار الجامعة بها.

2. إرسال ملفات الموظفين والعاملين .

3. اتخاذ إجراءات منح الإجازات بأنواعها واخطار الجامعة بها .

4. إخطار الجامعة بالتقارير السنوية الخاصة بالموظفين والعاملين.

5. مراقبة الحضور والانصراف طبقاً للقواعد التي يقرها المركز بهذا الشأن .

6. توزيع الموظفين والعاملين على وحدات إدارة المركز بعد موافقة المدير بهذا الشأن .

7. إبلاغ إدارة المركز بالمخالفات التي تقع من الموظفين والعاملين .

8. إبداء الرأي في شأن نقل وندب وإعارة موظفي وعاملي المركز .

9. إتخاذ إجراءات تسليم العمل للموظفين والعمال الجدد وإخلاء طرف من تنتهي علاقته الوظيفية بالمركز.

10. أداء أعمال الطباعة والسحب والتصوير .

11. تسليـم البريـد والمكاتبــات الــواردة للمركـز وتقييدهـا بسجـل الوارد وتسليمهـا للأجهزة المختصة.

12. تسليم المكاتبات الصادرة من أجهزة المركز بعد تقيدها بسجل الصادر وحفظ صور المكاتبات بالملفات المختصة لها.

13. القيام بأعمال الاستقبال والاستعلامات للمترددين على إدارة المركز .

14. القيام بأعمال الصيانة اللازمة للمركز والتجهيزات ومتابعة تنفيذها .

15. المشاركة في أعمال اللجان وفرق العمل ذات العلاقة بنشاط المركز .

ثانيا - قسم الشؤون المالية. ويتولى الاختصاصات الأتية:-

1. إعداد وصرف المكافآت المقررة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والزائرين بالمركز.

2. المشاركة في أعمال الجرد الدوري والسنوي والمفاجئ.

3. إعداد المستندات الخاصة بالمشتريات واستيفائها طبقاً للوائح والتعليمات وإحالتها إلى حسابات أو خزينة الجامعة لصرفها طبقاً للوائح والتعليمات.

4. المشاركة في أعمال اللجان وفرق العمل ذات العلاقة بنشاط المركز .

5. إعداد تقارير المتابعة الدورية والسنوية عن نشاط المركز

6. مسك حسابات سلفة النثريات بالمركز.

7. القيام بأعمال الصرف المختلفة في حدود اللوائح والتعليمات.

8. تحصيل الإيرادات والرسوم الخاصة بالمركز.

ثالثا - قسم المتعاونين والزائرين ويتولى الاختصاصات الأتية:-

1. القيام بشؤون المتعاونين والزائرين وتذليل الصعوبات التي تعترضهم واقتراح الأسس والضوابط لحسن قيامهم بواجباتهم ومسؤولياتهم بالمركز .

2. تولي شؤون الأستعانة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس داخل الجامعة وخارجها في اعمال التدريب والاستشارة.

3. حفظ كافة الإجراءات المتعلقة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس المتعاونين وكل الأمور التي تتعلق بهم.

4. المساعدة في اتخاذ الإجراءات لحضور واستقبال وإقامة وتوديع الأساتذة الزائرين للمركز.

5. إخطار الجامعة باحتياجات المركز من اساتذة ذوي الخبرة وفقاً للاشتراطات التي يحددها المركز لاتخاذ إجراءات الاعلان عنها.

6. إعداد التقارير والبيانات والإحصاءات الخاصة بالمتعاونين والزائرين وإبلاغ الجامعة عنها.

7. إتخاذ إجراءات تمكين الأساتذة والمتعاونين والزائرين من استلام الإجراءات المتعلقة بمباشرة العمل والساعات الدورات وكل ما له علاقة بالجوانب الإدارية المتعلقة بصرف مستحقاتهم المالية.
