1. The applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent recognized certificate.
2. Authentication of the certificates issued by the concerned authorities for certificates issued by other countries in accordance with the accepted quality standards.
3. Be of good conduct.
4. To be of Chadian nationality.
5. To be healthy fit.
6. To pass the inspection successfully.
7. Priority admission is given to newer high school diplomas.
