  • Admission

 

He undertakes the following tasks: -

  1. Receive the statements and papers of the candidates for admission to the college, review them, and fulfill the due procedures..
  2. Complete the procedures related to the transfer of students and registration, and stop or return the enrollment..
  3. Preparing lists of students' names distributed among the scientific departments..
  4. Preparing student registration records..
  5. Editing the certificates required from the records according to the prescribed provisions..
  6. Obtaining university cards for students..
  7. Granting student housing statements..
  8. Organizing scientific trips for students in partnership with the concerned authorities..
  9. Preparing statistics and data for students..

 

 

He undertakes the following tasks: -

  1. Coordination between the scientific departments in setting study schedules and covering joint decisions with faculty members..
  2. Broadcasting requests for transportation between the Qassam and the transfer of students to and from the college, in coordination with the relevant departments and the college registrar..
  3. Preparing lists of the names of students who have the right to enter the exams and specifying their seating numbers and the materials that they have the right to take the exam..
  4. Examination cards are issued to students..
  5. Organizing study schedules, hall schedules, and periodic and final exams..
  6. Follow-up of academic matters and supervising periodic and final exams..
  7. Distribution of observations in periodic and final examinations in coordination with the scientific departments..
  8. Inform the competent authorities of the results of the exams..
  9. Preparing reports on the progress of the educational process and examinations for presentation to the College Council..

 

  • Student Activity Department

 

He undertakes the following functions:

  1. Propose plans related to the college's cultural and sports activities
  2. Proposing preparation of timetables for implementing approved plans, taking into account and presenting study schedules, exams and holidays
  3. Distributing the design of the forms prepared with the aim of identifying, nurturing and encouraging talents in various literary, cultural and artistic fields.
  4. Participation in organizing cultural, literary and art festivals.
  5. Participating in organizing art exhibitions for the gifted in the various technical fields for students and faculty members.
  6. Forming theater, lyrical and musical groups, heritage and fashionable teams, and organizing mass performances of these groups in the college.
  7. Participation in university days and camps with art shows, cultural, intellectual and sports competitions.
  8. Participation in organizing intellectual, literary and cultural competitions in the fields of novel, short story, poetry, essay and scientific papers. Etc., and distribution of prizes to the winners.
  9. Contribute to the revival of religious and patriotic events by organizing literary, cultural, artistic and sporting events in the college.
