This section seeks to achieve the following goals: -

Preparing the student professionally, culturally and academically.
Create the appropriate atmosphere for cultural and educational activity
Students acquire skills across the various activities of the college to develop aspects of the teacher's student personality.
Linking theoretical aspects to the applied aspects in all courses.
Attempting to provide successful solutions to the psychological problems and diseases suffered by members of the Chadian community.
Contribute to solving social issues in coordination with the centers concerned with homelessness.
Striking a balance between the scientific and cultural aspects on the one hand and the academic on the other.
