JOMS is a fully open-access journal with a zero-fee publishing policy. We do not charge any fees to authors at any stage of the publishing process. There are absolutely no costs associated with the following:

• Article Submission: There are no fees to submit a manuscript to JOMS.
• Peer Review & Editorial Processing: All costs related to professional evaluation, peer review, and editorial management are fully covered by the journal.
• Publication: There are no charges for publishing an accepted article.
• Article Length & Supplementary Data: We do not impose fees based on article length, word count, or the inclusion of supplementary materials.
