Department of Psychology
The beginning of the establishment of the department was in the academic year 1997/1976 AD, under the name of the Department of Education and Psychology, and it was a service department that supervises the teaching of educational and psychological courses within the framework of the College of Education. In 1989/1990, he transferred a separate department from the Department of Sociology, which granted a bachelor’s degree. This first class was graduated in the academic year 1980/1981.
The vision
Effective and serious contribution to preparing educators and psychologists according to the need of society and its institutions and trying to combine preparation and specialization for research and applied professional preparation.
Message
Prepare the administrative teacher and competent psychologists who are able to contribute to meeting the needs of social institutions and contribute to knowledge related to educational and psychological sciences.
