Vision, Mission and Objectives Department of Arabic Language and Quranic Sciences

VISION

1.  The department seeks leadership in its field locally and regionally.
2. The department aspires to be one of the most prestigious departments which means in the Arabic language at the level of Arab and international universities for its programs and study plans in the bachelor's and master's and doctoral levels, in the service of the Arabic language and in the pursuit of studying it for all available scientific curricula.

MISSION

1. Preparing educational and research cadres specialized in the Arabic language and literature to contribute to meeting the local, Arab and international needs.
2. Carrying out serious research and studies in the service of the Arabic language and human knowledge.

GOALS

1. Building the Arab-Islamic character through teaching the Arabic language, its sciences and literature, through conscious dealing with the civilizational heritage of the nation.
2. Work on documenting the emotional connections between the student and the Arabic language as a component of the Arab nation, and a tool for communication between its members.
3. To develop the student's linguistic and literary abilities and skills by introducing him to the benefits of language and enabling him to use it according to the established rules and methods that gain eloquence and skill in expression.
4. Inculcating Islamic values ​​by studying Islamic sciences and their originality, in a manner that refuses the human soul and keeps it from fanaticism and exaggeration.
5. Promoting the spirit of citizenship and belonging to the community, and working to advance and flourish it through positive interaction with the various components of society.
