• Developing the student's ability to analyze to address issues and problems experienced by organizations in the field of human resources and how to develop appropriate solutions for them.
•  Developing students ’skills in preparing scientific research in the field of human resources management and providing the student with sufficient skills to practice human resource management activity in a competitive environment.
