المصالحة الوطنية من منظور شرعي في المجتمع الليبي

Abstract
إن المصالحة الوطنية بين أبناء الشعب الليبي ضرورة دينية وإنسانية وحضارية واقتصادية, واجتماعية, وسياسية، لا يستغني عنها كل ليبي من أجل تأكيد التلاحم بين أبناء المجتمع, وترسيخ قواعد الوحدة الوطنية وإشاعة أجواء المحبة والانسجام بين مكوناته المختلفة، فالمصالحة الوطنية ضرورة دينية؛ لأن الله تعالى أمر المسلمين بعد انتهاء الحرب بينهم بالصلح علي مبادئ العدل وقيم القسط وبين الله _عز وجل_ المنهجية التامة والكاملة في القتال بين المسلمين، والمراحل التي يجب علينا أن نلتزم بها قال تعالى ﴿فَضۡلٗا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَنِعۡمَةٗۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٞ وَإِن طَآئِفَتَانِ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱقۡتَتَلُواْ فَأَصۡلِحُواْ بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ فَإِنۢ بَغَتۡ إِحۡدَىٰهُمَا عَلَى ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰ فَقَٰتِلُواْ ٱلَّتِي تَبۡغِي حَتَّىٰ تَفِيٓءَ إِلَىٰٓ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَإِن فَآءَتۡ فَأَصۡلِحُواْ بَيۡنَهُمَا بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَأَقۡسِطُوٓاْۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ﴾ (2) أمر الله _عز وجل_ القيادات المؤثرة في المجتمع بالإصلاح بين الأخوة وإزالة آثار الحرب النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتذكيرهم بالخوف من الله واتقاء سخطه؛ وذلك تقواه في الأعمال والأقوال وفي مشاعر الانتقام.

1. Commitment to Intellectual Property and Ethics

Actions Taken: In the event that any plagiarism or academic theft is discovered in a submitted article, the editorial board will contact the author to request a formal explanation within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of notification.

Investigation and Decision: After receiving the explanation, the article will be referred to the journal's specialized committees, which will investigate the matter and take the necessary measures, which may include the permanent rejection of the article and the imposition of disciplinary actions.

The journal adopts the Creative Commons license type Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows for the following:
