Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الي التعرف علي اثر عمل الأم علي التوافق النفسي للأبناء، من خلال عينة أجريت الدراسة علي (118) تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ الصف الرابع من التعليم الاساسي بمدينة سبها، (60) منهم امهاتهم عاملات و(58) منهم امهاتهم غير عاملات، وقد استخدم في جمع البيانات، مقياس التوافق النفسي لمرحلة الطفولة (Thorpe ) ترجمه الي العربية واعده "عطية مهنا" يتكون المقياس من (48) بند واستخدم في التحليل الاحصائي اختبار "ت" وتبين من الدراسة أنه توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في التوافق النفسي للأبناء في مرحلة الطفولة بين ابناء الامهات العاملات وابناء الامهات غير العاملات.
