Abstract
Through this research, we highlight the development witnessed by the television programs presented in local, Arab and international channels in terms of preparation, implementation and presentation and the possibility of including some of those television programs for some dramatic elements and the application of some rules of dramatic construction, which made them more attractive than television programs that are devoid of dramatic elements of suspense and the most attractive to the viewer and to the enjoyable and continuous viewing by the recipient.This has allowed a great possibility to improve the reality and level of non-dramatic television programs and their level by following several ways and types of television programs, namely talk shows, investigations, meetings, seminars, and competitions, which were broadcast from Arab satellite channels.
