The negative effects of waste on the urban environment in the city of Khums (Waste to sustainable energy)
Abstract
The urban environment is exposed to successive changes as a result of rapid development in various economic, technological and human aspects, and this rapid development coincides with the exposure of the environment to various types of pollution, including the “spread of waste” that leads to disruption in the sustainable urban environment, and from the dimensions of sustainable development is recycling waste to solve a global problem Which has become a concern for many researchers in environmental affairs, as this problem has become evident in the city of Khums, which has become suffering from the spread of garbage, so it is necessary to develop a solution to this problem, and in light of this, the study conducted a questionnaire and came up with results and recommendations that limit the aggravation of this problem And exploiting them in the right direction, which would enhance the achievement of sustainable development.
