College Strategic Plan

The College of Science seeks to reach a better level of excellence, whether locally or internationally based on future planning, which is to put in place actionable strategic plans that are based on a set of basic assumptions, including but not limited to:

• Developing the role of the Faculty of Science, Sebha University, in serving the local and international community.
• Excellence in performance in order to improve the course of the educational process within the institution to provide an academic climate in accordance with the principles of local and international quality.
• Providing the cadres who are able to implement the plan efficiently and effectively from faculty members and laboratory technicians.
• Raising the efficiency of the college’s cadres by implementing an annual training plan.
• Increasing the capacity of the college in sustainable development and community service.
• Improve the educational quality and scientific activities within the college, and develop programs and plans for a future vision.
• Maintaining the right of participation and responsibility for all employees at all levels.
• Keeping pace with the era of development through modern electronic systems.
