Education is the fundamental basis for building and developing societies, and since persons with disabilities are part of the community, they must obtain their right to education. However, they may face difficulties throughout their educational journey. This study sought to address the most significant of these difficulties. Its main objectives were to identify the reality of the challenges faced by students with disabilities at Ajdabiya University, to examine the scientific resources and tools provided by the university for students with disabilities, and to explore the needs and requirements of these students within the university. The study adopted the descriptive method, and its tool consisted of interviews conducted with students with physical (mobility and visual) disabilities from the Faculties of Arts and Media at Ajdabiya University, with a total of five students. The study reached several findings, the most important of which was that the greatest challenge facing students with disabilities is the difficulty of movement and mobility within the university, reaching 60%. They also indicated that they find no one to assist them in moving around, except with the help of their families when possible. Furthermore, they confirmed that the university does not provide educational tools that support their academic achievement.
