Reality of entrepreneurship education and SMEs at sebha university : An exploratory study of a sample of university faculty

Abstract

The study aimed to reach the reality and obstacles of entrepreneurship education and SMEs  at Sebha university. The study sample was university members of Sebha University . Electronic questionnaire was the method  to collect primary data and the descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data . The most important results were that university lacks educational programs as well as decisions and vocabulary To teach entrepreneurship One of the most important obstacles to teaching entrepreneurship is the lack of human and material cadres. The study suggested the need to adopt and formulate a strategy that includes goals, policies, procedures and executive plans to activate entrepreneurship teaching. Work in Libyan universities, as well as adopting courses to teach entrepreneurship in faculties  departments.
