Abstract

This study aimed to identify the attitudes of citizens towards the social responsibility of the Palestinian private sector in light of the Corona pandemic, and the study also aimed to identify the promoters, obstacles and models of social responsibility in light of the Corona pandemic, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in his study, and the study community was represented by all citizens in the West Bank The study sample was represented by (455) citizens who were selected by the available sample method, and the study tool represented a questionnaire designed for the purposes of collecting data and information, and the study reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which is citizens' dissatisfaction with the social responsibility of the private sector in light of the Corona pandemic, and the lack of Citizens' satisfaction with the Ezz Waqf Fund, and the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the necessity to make a legal amendment to the Companies Law that obliges companies to take social responsibility of up to 5% of their profits.
