Abstract
This study aimed to get to know the reality of the application of total quality management at the University of Sebha and, through the identification of the extent of the presence of sufficient justification for the application of total quality management in the university and to identify the application of total quality management at the university requirements, this study applied on a stratified random sample (44 Single) of teaching and employees, the main question for this study is as follows: - What is the reality of the application of total quality at the University of Sabha? The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to achieve the goal of the study, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire that includes two main axes. The first axis includes five dimensions aimed at identifying the rationale for the application of total quality at the University of Sebha management. The second axis includes seven dimensions aimed at identifying the application of the overall University of Sebha quality management requirements, was dump the data and analyze the results using the statistical program SPSS. The study concluded that there is insufficient justification for the application of total quality management to the university, which is less than average, particularly with regard to the area of ? higher education productivity, style of the current management of the university, user satisfaction, and scientific research; the results also showed that the basic requirements for the application of total quality management is the university being less than average and the area, the culture of the organization, evaluation and performance measurement, continuity in the development, teamwork, the surrounding environment, and motivation.
