Reality of the application of total quality management at the University of Sabha

Abstract
This study aimed to get to know the reality of the application of total quality management at the University of Sabha , and through the identification of the extent of the presence of sufficient justification for the application of total quality management in the university, and to identify the application of total quality management at the university requirements, this study applied on a stratified random sample (44 Single) of teaching and employees, the main question for this study as following:- What is the reality of the application of total quality at the University of Sabha? The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to achieve the goal of the study and researcher prepared questionnaire includes two main axes, the first axis included ( 5) dimensions aims to identify the rationale for the application of total quality at the University of Sabha management, second axle: included (7) dimensions aims to identify the application of the overall University Sabha quality management requirements, was dump the data and analyze the results using statistical program SPSS the study concluded that there is insufficient justification for the application of total quality management of the university is less than average, particularly with regard to the area of ??higher education productivity, and style of the current management of the University, and user satisfaction, and scientific research, the results also showed that the basic requirements for the application of total quality management is the university less than average, and the area the culture of the organization, and evaluation and performance measurement, and continuity in the development, teamwork, and the surrounding environment, and motivation.
