About the Conference
In affirmation of Sebha University’s mission to establish and promote a culture of scientific research, the university is holding a conference for its postgraduate students (Sebha University Postgraduate Conference) to enhance interest and elevate the quality of its postgraduate programs. This contributes to qualifying scientific personnel capable of localizing science and knowledge, advancing society, connecting the university with public and private institutions in the country, and establishing bridges for communication with other universities.
In general, the conference aims to encourage and engage postgraduate students, linking them with scholars, researchers, and specialists, developing their scientific and research skills, and encouraging them to engage in scientific discussion and dialogue, as well as exploring various issues, topics, experiences, and expertise across different departments. It also aims to broaden their awareness of the opportunities available to specialists in the fields and themes of the conference.
The Scientific Conference for Postgraduate Students at the university is the only conference in Libya directed toward postgraduate students at Libyan universities, across various departments, allowing them to participate with their research and scientific projects in this scholarly event, which is scheduled to take place in April each year.
